Announcing: Oregon Forests Forever Champions!

The 2021 Oregon Legislature will go down in history for many reasons, including the difficult conditions and lack of public access due to the coronavirus pandemic.

The regular session, which ended June 26, will also be remembered as a challenging time for our state.

Oregon foresters and timber-dependent communities are incredibly grateful for our Forest Champions: members of the state House and Senate who stood up for sound environmental and tax policies, protected jobs and defended rural Oregonians.

Oregon Forests Forever salutes:

Rep. Brian Clem, D-Salem

Rep. John Lively, D-Eugene

Rep. Paul Evans, D-Monmouth

Rep. David Gomberg, D- Lincoln City/Central Coast

Rep. Mark Meek, D-Clackamas County

Rep. Christine Drazan, R-Canby

Rep. David Brock Smith, R-Port Orford

Rep. Greg Smith, R-Heppner

Sen. Betsy Johnson, D-Scappoose

Sen. Fred Girod, R-Stayton

Thank you for your hard work and steadfast support!

We’re focused on actively and sustainably managing our forests in Oregon.
